Calm Yourself!

This post is about being calm! Not only will being calm help you feel better in general but it will improve your skin and help with weight loss ! I know most of you are probably saying easier said then done right ? Well i have your cheat sheet on how to calm yourself without crunching your schedule ! #1 Meditate before bed and any other time you have a spare moment ! Make sure you take deep breaths when you do this and focus on your goals for the day and reflect on your day to improve your tommorow ! #2 Make a to do list ! i am the queen of making lists i practically make a list for everything! this will keep your goals in tact and prevent you from running around looking like a chicken with its head cut off ! #3 Do some yoga ! i personally love yoga and do a little every day ! i will calm you and help you relax and focus on what is really important! #4 Get a planner! buying a simple planner will make your life so much easier you don't even understand ! #5 Look at the situation differently ! When you are fighting with someone or in a disagreement stop for a moment take a deep and think about the reason of why you are having this argument and if it is actually worth your time! And remember to put yourself in somebodys shoes and think about why they might be upset! #6 Take some time for yourself ! Make sure you are leaving time to take care of yourself in your busy schedule ! You are the most important person ! Keep these suggestions in tact and get ready for a new and relaxed you !
